腐殖酸树脂处理含Zn^2+、Ni^2+废水的研究

摘    要:利用泥炭为原料制备出腐殖酸树脂,在动态条件下,研究了腐殖酸树脂对重金属离子Zn^2+、Ni^2+的吸附效果及吸附条件。结果表明,在20℃,流速为4mL/min,pH值为5.0~7.0,含Zn^2+、Ni^2+浓度分别为70mg/L的废水经过腐殖酸树脂处理,Zn“、Ni。’去除率可达98%以上,且处理后的废水pH值近中性。含Zn^2+、Ni^2+浓度分别为32.5mg/L和29.4mg/L,pH值为5.9的电镀废水经腐殖酸树脂处理后,废水中Zn^2+、Ni^2+含量明显低于国家排放标准。

Abstract:The humic acid resin is prepared with peat as material. Under the dynamic condition, the adsorption effect and conditions of humic acid resin against heavy metal ions such as Zn^2+ and Ni^2+ are studied. The result shows that the removing efficiency of Zn^2+ and Ni^2+ over 98% and the pH value near neutral after being treated by humic acid resin when waste water containing 70 mg/L of Zn^2+ and Ni^2+ , pH 5.0 - 7.0,the temperature is 20 ℃ and the flow speed is 4 mL/min. The electroplating waste water which containing 32.5 mg/L of Zn^2+ and 29.4 mg/L of Ni^2 + and pH 5.9 after absorbed by humic acid resin, the contents of Zn^2 + and Ni^2+ in waste water are prominently lower than discharge standard of China
