烧结助剂含量对多孔Si3N4/BN复合陶瓷力学性能和介电性能的影响

摘    要:以Si3N4和BN为原料,叔丁醇为溶剂,SiO2、Y2O3和Al2O3为烧结助剂,采用凝胶注模成型工艺制备具有高强度、低介电常数多孔Si3N4/BN复合陶瓷。研究了Y2O3和Al2O3含量对多孔陶瓷气孔率、孔径分布、物相组成、显微结构、抗弯强度和介电常数的影响。结果表明:通过调节Y2O3和Al2O3含量,多孔Si3N4/BN复合陶瓷的气孔率由55%增加到68%,气孔尺寸呈单峰分布,平均孔径为0.89~1.02μm;抗弯强度和相对介电常数随Y2O3和Al2O3含量的增加而单调增大,抗弯强度和相对介电常数的变化范围分别为29.9~60.9 MPa和2.30~2.85;通过调节Y2O3和Al2O3含量调控气孔率,能够获得介电性能和力学性能可调的高性能透波材料。

Effect of Sintering Additive Content on Mechanical and Dielectric Properties of Porous Si3N4/BN Composite Ceramics

Abstract:Porous Si3N4/BN composite ceramics with high strength and low dielectric constant were prepared by tert-butyl alcohol(TBA)-based gel-casting process using Si3N4 and BN as raw material,and SiO2,Y2O3 and Al2O3 as sintering additives.The influences of Y2O3 and Al2O3 contents on porosity,pore size distribution,phase composition and microstructure were investigated,and the effect on flexural strength and dielectric constant were also analyzed.The results showed that the porous Si3N4/BN ceramics with high porosity ranging from 55% to 68% were prepared by adjusting the Y2O3 and Al2O3 content.A uniform pore size distribution for porous Si3N4/BN ceramics was observed,and the mean pore size ranged from 0.89 to 1.02 μm.The flexural strength and relative dielectric constant of po-rous Si3N4/BN composite ceramics increased with increasing the Y2O3 and Al2O3 content.The flexural strength and relative dielectric constant ranged from 29.9 MPa to 60.9 MPa and 2.30 to 2.85,respectively.Through adjusting the Y2O3 and Al2O3 content,the porosity can be effectively controlled to obtain high performance wave transmitting materials with regulatable dielectric and mechanical properties
