激光对B/KNO3药剂作用现象的研究

摘    要:通过激光点火性能试验、电镜扫描分析(EMS)、差热分析(DTA)研究了激光与B/KNO3点火药相互作用过程中药剂表面的烧蚀情况,以及溅射物质在激光点火中所起的作用。研究结果表明,激光烧蚀药剂时,一部分药剂分子会溅射出药剂表面,损失凝聚相的能量。通过在药剂中加入酚醛树脂和表面压加薄膜,阻止了烧蚀物质的溅射和减少凝聚相能量的损失,提高了药剂的激光点火感度,小激光能量时也缩短了药剂的点火延迟时间。

Abstract:The ablation of ignition powder (B/KNO3) which was irradiated with laser, and the effect of sputter matter in laser ignition process were studied through detecting the laser ignition performance, and by means of EMS, DTA. Results showed that adding phenolic resin and covering a film on the surface of the powder can prevent the ablation matter spurting out, and reduce the energy loss of condensed phase. The ignition sensitivity of the powder is increased and the delay time is shortened with low laser energy.
