摘    要:ERP人才质量是企业信息化成功的关键因素,因此培养适应企业需要的ERP应用人才是财经院校重要任务之一。本文在调查研究的基础上,提出了“基本型—综合型—创新设计型”三梯次的复合型ERP人才培养目标,并提出了实现这一目标的具体措施:课程设置体现梯次性、将考证与“三梯次”学习同步、引入ERP沙盘对抗、在本科阶段倡导“ERP导师制”等,以期为高校的ERP人才培养提供可操作性的建议。

Abstract:The quality of ERP talents is the key element to the success of enterprise informationization; there-fore, it is one of the most important tasks for finance and economics colleges to foster applicative ERP talents who can meet the needs of enterprises. Based on investigation and study, this article shows a 3-echelon method to foster applicative ERP talents: "Fundamental-Applicative-Innovative". Moreover, the paper presents specific measures to achieve the goal, for instance, echelons in curriculum design, combination of getting certificates and 3-echelon training, ERP sand table simulation, and ERP tutorial system in undergraduates etc. Hopefully, this article could offer some operational advices for ERP talents training in colleges and universities.
