摘 要: | 根据某车用重载柴油机的曲轴系统当量参数和曲轴扭振许用扭角值,进行硅油扭振减振器的匹配设计和减振器的动态热平衡计算方法研究,再通过实机的试验进行扭角和减振器表面温度的测试来验证匹配设计计算的准确性。

Abstract: | According to a heavy duty diesel engine crankshaft equivalent system model and the crankshaft torsional vibration allowable torsional angle values,to d research of the matching design of silicone oil damper and the damper dynamic heat balance calculation method.Through the real machine test,to get the damper torsional vibration amplitude and the surface temperature,can verify the accuracy of the matching calculation. |
