发动机缸孔表面异常痕迹的分析

摘    要:某发动机试验后发现发动机缸孔内表面上出现白色异常痕迹。痕迹出现的区域为第三道活塞环运动的区域,与拉缸现象十分相似。通过对试验信息分析、异常件的检测分析及试验验证确认了白色异常痕迹对发动机无危害性,其产生原因是由于发动机磨合初期,高速运转时缸孔局部润滑油膜破损,从而导致缸孔材质发生化学反应,产生白色痕迹。发动机充分磨合后,该白色痕迹随着发动机的运转而逐步消失。通过减小活塞环弹力能有效的解决该问题。

Analysis on Abnormal Mark of Engine Cylinder Bore
Abstract:The white abnormal mark was found on engine cylinder bore when engine finished test.The abnormal mark appeared within the third piston ring running area.It looks like cylinder bore scuffed.Through the test information analysis,abnormal part inspection analysis and test validation,It is confinned that the white abnormal mark is not harmful to the engine.The root cause is that the oil film of cylinder bore was broken at some local area when engine high speed running at early running- in period,then the cylinder bore material chemical reacted,the white mark happened.And the white mark will gradually disappeare when engine continue running after full running- in.Decrease the elastic forth of piston ring can prevent the abnormal mark happened.
