| 摘 要： | 网络知识资源的开放和共享已成为21世纪全球教育发展的重要趋势。随着2001年美国麻省理工学院启动网络课程开放运动，全世界越来越多的高校积极响应。直到2011年复旦大学率先在国内推出“网络公开课程”，以及教育部推出“中国大学网络公开课”计划后，中国高校大学生对“网络公开课程”才开始慢慢熟悉。本文通过分析讨论，比较了国内外高校网络公开课程应用现状的差异，并初步提出了发展国内高校网络公开课程的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The open and sharing of network knowledge resource has become a major trend of global education in the 21st century. With the MIT＆#39;s startup of Open Courseware in 2001, more and more universities have partici-pated positively all over the world. Chinese universities did not give response until Fudan University launched the first ＆quot;Online Open Course＆quot; in China. Meanwhile, Ministry of Education of China started the ＆quot;Online Open Course in Chinese University＆quot; project in the same year. After that, college students from China have been becoming famil-iar with ＆quot;Online Open Course＆quot;. The paper compares the status quo of the application home and abroad, and puts forward countermeasures for domestic colleges. |
