摘    要:以菌株发酵液对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效果为指标,从活性污泥等样品中筛选获得53株具有絮凝活性的菌株。经进一步摇瓶复筛获得一株摇瓶发酵液絮凝率达71.8%的菌株2-21。依据菌落形态、菌体形态及部分生理生化特征研究,初步鉴定菌株2-21可能为肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)。结合蛋白质定性检测及糖类物质的呈色反应初步推断该菌株所产絮凝剂的主要成分为糖蛋白。

Abstract:In accordance with the flocculating activity of fermentation liquors to Kaolin clay suspension,there are 53 strains isolated from activated sludge.After shaking flask fermentation,the strain 2-21 was acquired to be future studied,which flocculating efficiency achieved 71.8%.With the following identifications of colony morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics,the strain 2-21 was initially identified as Enterobacter.Its product was identified preliminarily as glycoprotein by the test of proteins and colorimetric reactions of polysaccharide substance.
