摘    要:在机械传动中,带轮和轴承外圈是过盈配合在一起的.由于带轮材质为合金铝,轴承外圈材质为台金结构钢,当温度升高时,铝的膨胀系数大于钢,带轮和轴承外圈之间的过盈配合量会变小,当过盈配合量减小到一定程度时,带轮和轴承外圈之间就有可能发生相对滑动,造成接触面的磨损.利用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟带轮和轴承外圈在不同温度场下的过盈配合量及接触面间的应力分布,通过得出的数据来改进模型的设计尺寸,增大初始的过盈配合量,从而提出改善措施,提高其使用寿命.

Abstract:Pulley and bearing outer ring are connected under interference fit in mechanical transmission.Pulley is made of aluminum alloy,and bearing outer ring is made of structural steel.When the working temperature rises,the thermal expansion coefficient of aluminum alloy will be larger than steel,which will make the magnitude of interference decrease.If the magnitude of interference is less than the allowable value,relative sliding between pulley and bearing outer ring will occour,and wear will happen.Interference...
