轮胎模具的加工工艺方法

摘    要:介绍了轮胎模具的3种加工工艺方法,即铝合金精密铸造、电火花加工和高速铣削加工;列举了3种工艺的特点及应用局限性,并对3者进行了对比,综合分析了3种轮胎模具加工工艺的选择.

Abstract:This paper introduces three kinds of processing method of tire moulds,which are aluminum alloy precision casting,electrical discharge machining and high speed milling.The paper also lists their characteristics and limitations of applications,compares three kinds of processing method and tells us how to choose the processing technology of tire moulds in practice.
