摘    要:在总结近10年高铬磨球研发生产的相关文献基础上,详细分析了磨球的成分设计、生产工艺过程控、热处理工艺优化以及在不同行业的应用情况,认为进一步优化成分—组织结构—生产工艺—性能—成本之间的关系意义重大.同时建议采用纳米强化、多元微量复合强化等手段,提高高铬磨球的强韧性配合,降低磨耗,延长使用寿命.
