| 摘 要： | 以九辊矫平机为例,介绍了矫平机的结构特点和工作原理。九辊矫平机主要由机架部分、辊子部分、活动横梁、压下转角机构、主传动系统、干油集中润滑部分、电气控制系统和进出料辊道组成。重点介绍了矫平机各组成部分的结构特点及其在钢板矫平方面的应用。

| Abstract: | Nine-roller leveller is taken as example,whose structural characteristics and working principle were introduced in the paper.The leveller is composed of the frame,rollers,movable crossbeam,screwdown and rotation mechanism,main drive system,lubrication system,electrical control system,etc.This paper focuses on the structural characteristics of each parts of the nine-roller leveller and its application in steel plate flattening. |
