平面四杆机构急回运动特性的分析

摘    要:急回特性是平面四杆机构的重要特性,极位夹角的大小决定着急回特性的程度.针对现有极位夹角定义存在的缺陷,对平面四杆机构极位夹角的定义做了较确切的表述,并且对行程速比系数的可能取值范围进行了分析.

Abstract:Quick-return characteristic is the important character of plane four-bar mechanism,however,the included angle of extreme position plays the decision role in quick-return characteristic.Aiming at the defect existed in the existing definition,the paper exactly described the definition of plane four-bar mechanism and the included angle of extreme position.And the possible value-selective scope of travel-velocity ratio coefficient was also analyzed in the paper.
