光纤传感器测量小孔圆度误差

摘    要:提出了采用光纤传感器测量小孔圆度误差的一种新方法.该系统由光纤测量探头和以微型计算机为基础的控制电路组成.光纤探头由单根多模光纤制成,采用反射式光强调制原理.由红外发光二极管提供稳定的光源,返回光信号由光电二极管接收,并经过光电转换,由微机进行信息处理.传感器测头的结构小巧、抗干扰能力强,可以在高电压、强磁场和空间狭小的条件下工作,具有很强的通用性.实验表明该方法能可靠精确地测得小孔圆度误差.
