湿法脱硫系统中管路堵塞和泄漏的防治

电厂的烟气湿法脱硫系统有众多浆液管路,在运行中往往发生大量的堵塞和泄漏,严重影响脱硫系统的稳定运行.根据日常的脱硫检修工作,分析了产生这些管路缺陷的主要原因是工艺设计不合理、安装质量不标准、材料不合格或不能满足脱硫工况.针对管路缺陷存在的主要原因,提出了解决办法,解决了脱硫系统的管路堵塞和泄露问题.
