基于Cosmosworks的曲折槽筒的有限元分析

摘    要:针对曲折槽机构中曲折槽筒与制动销碰撞变形的有限元分析问题,将Cosmosworks有限元分析方法引入曲折槽碰撞变形分析中.该方法操作简单方便,在建立了曲折槽筒的三维模型后,引入计算算例,只需在曲折槽简模型上施加所需要的约束、力等条件,划分网格后即可进行运算.结果表明:Cosmosworks的有限元分析方法简便快捷,其计算时间较短,结果以图谱形式表现,可与实践相互验证.

Abstract:Finite element method based on Cosmosworks was used to analyze the collision and deformation of zigzag slot and pin during the motion of the zigzag slot mechanism.After establishing its three-dimensional model,putting on the force,restriction and some other conditions,and setting the gridding parameters,we could carried out the finite element analysis easily.The calculation result indicates that the finite element analysis method based on Cosmosworks can obtain the result more quickly.The result is showed i...
