机械系统测试数据处理方法研究

摘    要:针对机械系统测试数据拟合曲线过程中存在的问题,对测试系统数据处理方法进行了探究,建立了以最小二乘法为基础的曲线拟合的数据处理流程,探讨了项数对拟合导函数的影响,确定了最佳拟合项教为7项.实验证明该方法可以获得客观、符实的拟合曲线,为机械综合性能分析、故障检测、机构开发结构参数设计以及设备改进等提供了重要可靠的依据.
