超声波珩齿振动装置设计及其精度分析

摘    要:阐述了超声波珩齿振动装置主要部件的选取和设计,分析了装置中轴承的径向误差通过套筒、传振杆、变幅杆传递后,最终对加工轮加工精度的影响,并给出了珩齿轮加工误差的计算方法,从理论上确定了加工轮的精度等级,为实验研究提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The selection and design of the main parts of the ultrasonic vibration gear honing device is described.The radial error of the bearing which is transmitted through the sleeve,the pole and the transformer is analyzed,and its influence on the machining accuracy is discussed.And the calculation method of the gear honing error is proposed,so as to determine precision grades in the processing of the wheel,which provide certain theoretical basis for experimental research.
