食品生物技术在农产品副产物综合利用中的应用

摘    要:生物技术是一门新兴的高新技术,对解决人类面临的食物、资源、健康、环境等重大问题发挥着越来越重要的作用。农产品生产和消费的日益增长,随之产生大量的农产品加工副产物。食品生物技术在副产物再利用中的应用也越来越广。本文综述了发酵工程、酶工程技术和生物分离工程等生物技术在农产品副产物综合利用中的应用。
