高温磁悬浮轴承定子电磁线圈封装技术研究

摘    要:高温电磁线圈是高温磁悬浮轴承系统的关键元件,为了延长高温电磁线圈的可靠性及使用寿命,提高磁悬浮轴承系统的性能,需要对高温电磁线圈进行封装。主要介绍了高温磁悬浮轴承系统,设计了高温磁悬浮轴承定子线圈的封装结构以及线圈陶瓷骨架结构,探讨了电磁线圈的封装材料及线圈封装工艺。
