| 摘 要： | 介绍了拼焊板的等离子拼焊工艺及激光拼焊工艺,给出了等离子拼焊板在汽车悬架本体中的应用案例,概括了激光拼焊板在车身壳体上的应用情况；最后,综述了拼焊板的成形性研究进展及发展趋势.

| Abstract: | TWB(tailor-welded blank)has been widely used in automotive manufacturing.In this study,the processes of plasma-welding and laser-welding were summarized.Wherein,the application of plasma-welded TWB on automobile suspension ontology and the application of laser-welded TWB on the body shell were figured out.In the last part of the thesis,the development trend of TWB was introduced. |
