基于DSP2812的运动控制器设计

摘    要:介绍了一种以TMS320X2812 DSP为控制核心的运动控制器的设计方法,重点介绍了转轴角位移的测量装置以及电机加载信号发生器的电路设计.该系统利用处理器芯片内部集成的正交编码脉冲单元(QEP)对圆光栅产生的正交脉冲信号进行采集,并在上位机上显示结果,实现了对轴转角的精确测量;而且可以输出各种类型的加载信号,控制电机的运动.

Abstract:The design method of motion controller with the center of TMS320X2812 DSP is introduced in this paper.The measuring device of the angular displacement of main shaft and the circuit of motor load signal generator are given in the paper.This system collects the orthogonal pulse signals generated by circle grating by QEP integrated in processor.The result is displayed on the computer.The system can measure angular displacement accurately and can output various types of loading signals to control motor motion.
