摘    要:在分析轴流风机喘振产生原因和防喘振机理的基础上,运用单回路可编程调节器(SLPC),设计了适用于机后放风、静叶调节和转速调节的防喘振控制系统。控制系统结构简单、功能可靠实用、成本低,得到广泛应用。

Abstract:The surge reasons and antisurge mechanisms are analyzed.With a single loop programmable controller (SLPC),antisurge control systems are designed for the techniques of a bleeding after outlet duct,that of the speed control of an axial fan and that of the stator blade angle control.The structures of antisurge control systems are compact,that functions practical and reliable,that cost cheap.Several systems have been running well.
