摘    要:重钢在全国率行淘汰了平炉炼钢,发展转炉炼钢和全连铸生产工艺,文中根据重钢生产实践,从连铸技术发展,平炉和转炉炼钢成本比较,转炉炼钢厂连铸坯品种开发,和安置平炉厂下岗人员四个方面,论述淘汰平炉,优化炼钢生产结构问题,提出应创造条件,尽早淘汰平炉,发展全连铸的观点。

Abstract:Chongqing Iron & Steel(Group) Co.Ltd has led in the renovation process in China by eliminating open-hearth steelmaking,developing steelmaking in converter and sequence continuous casting process.On the basis of practice in Chongqing Iron & Steel Co.Ltd,this paper discusses how to drop out open-hearth furnace to optimize the structures of steelmaking from four following points:(1) the technological development of continuous casting;(2) comparison of production cost between open-hearth and converter;(3) development of steel grade of continuous cast slabs in converter steelmaking plant and (4) resettlement of labor power out of post in the open-hearth plant.
