N,N-二(2-羟乙基)己二酰胺新型固化剂的合成及表征

摘    要:以己二酸和甲醇为原料,在对甲苯磺酸催化下合成己二酸二甲酯。再以合成的己二酸二甲酯为原料,在钛酸正丁酯的催化下,与乙醇胺反应,合成了一种新型固化剂—N,N-二(2-羟乙基)己二酰胺。通过FT-IR,1H-NMR对N,N-二(2-羟乙基)己二酰胺的结构进行了表征。实验探讨了酰胺化反应中,催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对产物产率的影响,反应条件温和,易于操作,产率可达到95%。

Abstract:Dimethyl adipate was synthesized with adipic acid and methanol at the present of p-Methylbenzene sulfuric acid as a catalyst. Then, with Tetra-n-butyl Titanate as a catalyst, a new curing agent--N,N-di(2-hydroxyethyl)-hexanediamide was obtained by the reaction of dimethyl adipatc and ethanolamine. The stucture of the product wes investigated by FT-IR, ^1H-NMR analysis. Thc effects of some experimemental parameter, such amounts of catalysts, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield, were discussed. The method had the advantahes of mild reaction conditions, easy to operate and high yields(95 %).
