| 摘 要： | 低温超导电缆、核电站用磁铁线圈的绕组线、电子辐照加速器等产品中的核心部件绕组线圈所用的导线,考虑到槽满率和各种损耗因素的影响,不少设计部门已采用方形导线取代普通圆形导线。本文主要论述如何选用合理的加工工艺,以便生产出满足要求的各种类型的方形导线。

| Abstract: | Rectangular conductor is substituted for the traditional round conductor by many designing institutions in low temperature superconductive cables,the winding wire for the magnetic coil in nuclear power station and the winding wire for the key components of electron radiation accelerator,considering the effect by tank occupancy and other loss factors.This paper presents the method to select a rational process to produce qualified rectangular conductors. |
