摘    要:三峡电源电站是三峡水利枢纽运行期厂用电的主供电源,厂址位于冲沙闸与左岸电站之间山体内,为地下厂房型式,装有2台混流式水轮发电机组,单机容量50 MW,总装机容量100 MW.主厂房蜗壳底部与里衬之间是混凝土浇筑的"死区",施工中采用预埋泵管、泵送砂浆和自密性混凝土,同时在蜗壳里衬设排气孔,底部设径向、环向灌浆管路,进行补强灌浆,通过1号机蜗壳分区对称浇筑到2号机组段蜗壳层不分区整体浇筑,有效保障了混凝土的浇筑质量.

Abstract:TGP source power station,located in the mountain between the flushing sluice and the left bank power station,is mainly for TGP power plant operation,equiped with 2 mixed-flow turbine generator sets of unit capacity of 50-MW and total capacity of 100 MW.Between spiral case bottom and internal linear it is the dead zone of concrete placement.In the construction,the pump pipe was embedded in advance for pumping mortar and self-compacting concrete,meanwhile,air vent was designed in internal linear of the spiral case and radial/circular grouting pipes were set on the bottom for strengthening grouting.Through symmetric zoning concreting for No.1 spiral case and non-zoning concreting for No.2 spiral case,the concrete quality was guaranteed.
