摘    要:针对轿车安全气囊铝合金压盖零件,提出并分析流动控制成形工艺及控制腔的设计方法,给出了成形力的计算模型与近似计算公式。介绍了工艺实验的效果。试验结果表明,所提出流动控制成形技术具有重要的应用价值。

Process Analysis and Calculation of Forces of Flow Control Forming for Multilayer Cylinder Parts
Abstract:Based on the developments of flow control forming technology(FCF)at home and abroad, aiming at aluminum alloy covers used in airbags of cars,design method of FCF and control cavity was put forward and analyzed in this paper. Calculation model of forming forces and the approximate formula were given as well. In the end, the experimental dies, equipment and the good achievement gained in the experiments were introduced. The experimental results show that the FCF proposed here has important application values.
