超高压往复压缩机管线振动的分析

摘    要:阐述了压缩机管线振动危害及产生的原因。通过建立有限元模型,对压缩机管线的振动进行分析及计算,找到了矣际管线振动剧烈的原因,即振动能量在管线上的分布不均匀。最后,结合实际情况,提出了降低管线振动的改进方法,使管线振动在规定范围之内。

Abstract:The cause and harm of the vibration of the complicated pipeline are described in detail. Vibration calculation and analysis are made for the compressor pipeline by finite element model. The vibration causes is the uneven distributing energy of pipeline. In the end, the reconstruction method is put forward and the vibration of the complicated pipeline is controlled under the safe range.
