稀土和工艺参数对等离子体熔覆层质量的影响

摘    要:用常压弧光等离子体在45钢表面熔覆Fe-Cr-Si-B粉末涂层,从微观和宏观两方面对熔覆层的质量进行了分析。结果表明,稀土的加入使熔覆层的溶质分布更加均匀,Cr元素分布出现界面“梯度扩散层”,组织由枝晶向等轴晶转变,熔覆层与基体的结合界面得到改善,有利于微观质量的提高,同时,研究了工艺参数对宏观和微观质量的影响。

Abstract:Fe Cr Si B powder cladding is deposited by conventional pressure plasma,the quality is analyzed from microscopic and macroscopic aspects.It is showed that solutes distribution of cladding is homogenized more,the distribution of Cr element appears boundary gradient diffusion,the transformation of structure is impelled from dendrite to equiaxed grain,the combination of matrix and cladding layer is improved,these are beneficial to improve the microscopic quality by adding rare earth elements,while the effect of technological parameters on microscopic and macroscopic quality is studied.EffectofRareEar
