| 摘 要： | 通过对叶片模的在线检测技术研究，提出了一种具有测头半径三维补偿并适合于自由曲面工件的在线检测方法，并对该方法进行了精度分析。设计了用于数控测量的软件。

| Abstract: | Through investighion into on-line checking technique of vane die surface,this paper ineduces a new measuring method, in which the measuring head can be compensated within 3-D.The method is suitable for on - line measmement for sculpture surface machining with NC machine-tools.The measuring acciracy analysis is canied out for the method. programming sofrware is designed for NC measunng. |
