粉末材料电磁成形机系统电源的研究

摘    要:讨论整流电源的性能对电磁成形机性能的影响,比较了稳压整流和稳流整流电路中几种常用的结构形式。结合电磁成形机工艺控制要求,提出了以稳流整流为主,并最终稳压的“电荷泵”式整流电源。研究了用微机进行远程调控和数据采集,用PLC进行相对独立的实时控制,通过PWM进行精确调控的新颖的电源改进方案。最后讨论了提高系统抗干扰性能的措施。结果表明设计出的电源系统具有良好的性能,采用方案是有效可行的。

Abstract:The effect on performance of the electrification-forming machine by electrification power was discussed.Several configurations of current-stabilized commutated circuit were compared.The commutated power of charge pump type was put forward,combined with the technical control demands of electromagnetic forming machine.A new advanced scheme for power,which can be remote controlled and data collected by microcomputer,real time controlled by programmable logic controller(PLC) technology,and exactitude adjusted by pulse-width modulation(PWM) technology,was studied.The measure of improving the anti-jamming capability was discussed.The results showed that the proposed new power had good capability and its controlled scheme was effective.
