泵控马达系统反拖工况的理论分析和试验研究

摘    要:建立了配流盘三角槽过渡区流场压力分布及排油腔回冲流量模型,对液压泵─马达系统 的反拖工况进行了分析和试验,结果表明,存在马达反拖转速,且随着原动机带动泵运转速度的增 高,马达的最大反拖转速增加.

Abstract:The pressure distribution and reversed flowrate from discharging port in the precompression and predischarge areas of valve plate with hi-triangular Pressure relief grooves are. modeled. The reverse driving in the hydraulic pump-motor system is analyzed and tested. The analytical and experimental results show that in the reverse driving, the motor driving speed does exist and increases with the pump speed.
