喀左地产青石土的烧结性能

摘    要:通过对不同温度下烧制的青石土样品的线收缩率、体积密度、吸水率和显气孔率的测定,绘制出青石土的烧结性能曲线,研究了青石土的烧结性能,确定了其最佳烧结温度;通过对1 050℃下不同粒度青石土烧结体的线收缩率、体积密度、吸水率和显气孔率的规律分析及其断面显微结构分析,研究了青石土的粒度对其烧结性能的影响。结果表明,青石土的最佳烧结温度为1 050℃;当青石土的粒度在100目以下时,其烧结体的各项数据变化趋于平缓,均有较好的烧结性能。

Sintering performance of Kazuo Qingshi soil
Abstract:The optimum sintering temperature was determined by comparison of the linear shrinkage rate,bulk density,water absorption rate and significant porosity rate of Qingshi soil sintered at different temperature.The effect of particle size on the sintering performance of Qingshi soil sintered at 1 050 ℃ was studied by analyzing the discipline of linear shrinkage rate,bulk density,water absorption rate and significant porosity rate.The results showed that the best sintering temperature of Qingshi soil is 1 050 ℃.There was no significant change in the data of Qingshi soil when the particle size is above 100mesh,and the compacts showed the better sintering performance.
