基于LabVIEW数据采集的大型机械故障诊断分析系统

摘    要:为实现大型机械的故障诊断,预设计一套基于LabVIEW的数据采集故障诊断分析系统.采用LabVIEW软件编写数据采集接口,在传感器和数据采集卡的基础上实现数据采集功能,并对采集到的振动数据进行频域分析和相关分析,并设计出人机交互的主界面.经检验,该系统可以很好地判断出设备的故障类型,而且系统界面简洁,操作方便.

Abstract:To achieve large machinery fault diagnosis, a set of large machinery fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW data eoilee- tion is pre-designed. LabVIEW software is used to compile data acquisition interface, and data acquisition funetion is realized on the basis of the sensor and data acquisition card. Then the collected vibrational data is made the frequency domain analysis and correlation analysis. Finally, the main interface of human-computer interaction is designed. Upon examination, the system can well judge the type of equipment fault. Moreover, the system interface is simple and easy to be operated.
