数控机床主轴轴心线热偏移测试与分析

摘    要:采用激光非接触式位移传感器和红外热像仪,得到数控机床主轴箱温度场数据和主轴回转运动中心线的偏移数据,结合数控机床各系统结构运行原理,分析机床主轴热态特性及其热敏感点,利用特定机床热敏感点处的温升与主轴各方向热位移关系的数学模型,进行温升热偏移补偿的可行性研究。

Abstract:Temperature field data of machine tool headstock and offset data of center line in spindle rotary motion are obtained by using non-contact laser displacement sensor and thermal vision.To analyze thermal-state characteristics of spindle and its thermal sensitive point by considering operation principle of system structures on NC machine tool.Then to analyze the feasibility of compensating thermal offset caused by temperature rise,by using temperature rise of sensitive point on a specific machine tool and a mathematic model reflecting thermal offset relationship of various spindle directions.
