| 摘 要： | 针对目前水煤浆气化烧嘴使用寿命较短,大多企业使用45天就要进行倒炉运行的问题,依托技术优势,通过对烧嘴冷却水盘管与外喷嘴焊接易产生裂纹、外喷嘴端面裂纹、中喷嘴易磨损进行技术改进,使烧嘴单次使用寿命比原来提高了3~4倍,对用户节能增效具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In the gasifier coal-water slurry system,aiming at the short life problem of burner,which has to empty coal out after being operated only in 45 days in some domestic enterprises,relying on the technology advantage,through the technology improvement for welding cracks,face crack and abrasion producing easily between external burner and cooling water coil,the single service life of burner is raised 3~4 times than before,it has the vital significance on energy saving and efficiency improving. |
