| 摘 要： | 为实现风送式喷雾机风机转速的精确控制,设计了一种风送式喷雾风机转速检测与控制系统。设计了电感式接近开关转速检测装置,解决转速检测问题;设计了模糊控制器和微控制器软硬件方案进行转速控制。经试验验证,系统调速具有较好的动态响应。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve the precise control of air-blast sprayer fan speed,a speed detection and control system of air-blast sprayer fan was presented.Inductive proximity switch speed detection device was designed,which solved speed detection;and fuzzy-controller and microcontroller＇s hardware and software were designed,which solved speed control.The experiments showed that the system had a better dynamic response. |
