优选大孔树脂纯化甜菊苷的研究

摘    要:目的研究不同型号大孔树脂纯化甜菊苷的工艺条件及参数,为甜菊苷的工业化生产提供参考。方法考察静态饱和吸附量、动态吸附量及解吸的性能,以甜菊苷转移率及含量为指标,确定甜菊苷的最佳纯化工艺。结果 4种树脂中,AB-8大孔树脂吸附和解析甜菊苷的能力最好,最佳工艺条件为:上样液浓度9 mg/mL,80%乙醇以3 mL/min速度洗脱,洗脱率达90%以上。结论 AB-8树脂综合性能较好,适于分离纯化甜菊苷。
