| 摘 要： | 负载敏感系统泵的变量响应特性直接关系到挖掘机的整体匹配性能优劣,变量响应速度的快慢影响各动作的协调性以及泵的寿命。从负载敏感系统原理出发,细致分析影响负载敏感泵的变量响应因素及需要注意的关键性问题,为挖掘机液压件的国产化提供实践支持,减少国产化液压件和系统匹配的进程时间。

| Abstract: | Variable response characteristics of load sensitive system pump is directly related to the overall matching performance quality of excavator,and how the speed of variable response quickly or slowly is also affecting the each action coordination and the life of pump.From load sensitive theory,the factors which impacts on variable response characteristics of load sensitive pump and the key issues need to be noticed are analyzed carefully.It provides practical support to excavator hydraulic parts of the localization,can reduc process time of localization hydraulic parts and match system. |
