| 摘 要： | 重点介绍皮带输送机的启动特性及操控中需要注意的相关事项,通过采取较为科学的启动仿真实验,分析皮带输送机的启动过程及各种特性,得出了启动过程中利用软启动控制皮带机启动的四种曲线特性及其他具有参考价值的结论,对进一步提升皮带输送机的实际应用效果具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In this article,the starting performance and relevant issues of belt conveyor are mainly introduced.The starting process and all kinds of properties are analyzed.At the starting process,using soft start,four properties curves,which are used to control belt start are got,as well as another conclusion with the reference value.It has great significance for further enhancing the practical application of belt conveyor. |
