摘    要:设施及管道的设计不仅要从构造刚度、稳定性和强度等方面满足工艺设计,还要从原料的正确选择、构造及部件的形状设计等方面思考防氧化要求,得出合理的氧化防护应首先从设计阶段人手.通过正确的选择材料、合理的构造设计、科学的管道设施组装及布置来控制氧化速度,达到最终提高整个装置实际使用可靠性、耐氧化能力以及运转效率的目的.

Abstract:At the design process of equipment and pipeline,the structure stiffness、stability and strength should meet process design,and oxidation resistance should also be considered from the aspects of right choice,structure and shape design,then reasonable oxidation resistance needs to start from the status of design.Through the right choice of material,reasonable design of structure,scientific assembling and arrangement of pipeline equipment,oxidation rate is controlled to increase reliability,antioxidant capacity and operational efficiency of this equipment.
