摘    要:基于超声波检测原理,重点介绍利用改进的超声波探头对小径弯管进行探伤。利用超声波检测仪器对小径弯管进行了测试,通过分析计算,改进了超声波探伤小径弯管的工艺,并通过实验对工艺的准确性进行验证。

Abstract:Based on the principle of ultrasonic inspection technology,the defect recognition for small diameter curved pipe is mainly introduced in this paper.The small diameter curved pipe is tested by ultrasonic inspection equipment.Through the analysis and calculation,the ultrasonic inspection technics is improved for curved pipe,and the accuracy of the process is verified.
