| 摘 要： | 西门子SINUMERIK 840D数控系统的人机界面是标准的操作界面,其对有特殊加工要求的用户很不实用.主要介绍了实现人机界面制作的方法.阐述了以西门子OEM开发包和西门子HMI软件开发包为工具,利用微软VC创建西门子数控系统相关的语言动态链接库,利用微软VB高级语言将用户的特殊界面嵌入西门子系统中,在通用数控系统上实现制作专业的人机界面(HMI)的方法.

| Abstract: | The human-machine interface of SINUMERIK 840D is a standard operative interface,but it is not unpractical and unacceptable for some special users.This paper mainly introduced the ways how to create human-machine interface,and described the ways that OEM and HMI software are taken as a developing tool,and the language dynamic linking database suited for Siemens CNC system established by using Microsoft VC and the user＇s special interface taken into Siemens system by Microsoft VB advanced language,so as to realize to create the professional HMI interface on common CNC system. |
