摘    要:介绍运用运动控制系统实现注射成型的自动化。通过对注塑工艺过程及具体控制要求分析,重点对设备的机械部分、控制系统及软件部分进行了设计和应用实践,证明运用控制系统实现设备自动化是设计灵活、性能可靠及高效的方法。

Abstract:How to realize automatization of inject moulding based on movement control is introduced in this paper.Mainly focusing on the design and application of mechanical structure,control system and software for such equipment through analyzing inject moulding process and control demand. Then the method that using control system to realize the automatization for equipment is proved that the design is flexible and the capability is credible and high efficiency.
