基于PLC的直流电机PWM调速系统设计

摘    要:设计了基于SIMATIC S7-200 PLC直流电机PWM调速系统。主电路采用双极式可逆PWM变换器,选用集成驱动器M57962L,通过设计其驱动外围电路,实现了对IGBT的导通和关断控制。采用硬件延时电路,防止上、下桥臂直通事故的发生。利用PLC的高速计数功能实现了对电机转速的测量,设计开发了基于PLC的PI控制程序及PWM信号产生程序。从而实现了直流电机的PWM调速,并实现了转速的无静差调节。

Abstract:The paper presents the design of PWM speed-governing system for DC motor based on S7-200-PLC.The double-polar reversible PWM converter is used and integrated drive electronics M57962 is selected in main circuit.The conduction and switch control of IGBT is realized by designing the peripheral driving circuitry.The delayed circuit is adopted to prevent the shoot-through phenomenon between upper and lower bridge arm in a PWM.Programs for PLC PI control and for PWM signal generation are developed to implement PWM speed-governing for DC motor and floating control on speed.
