TOPSIS客观赋权法在干旱综合评估中的应用研究

摘    要:以西安地区为例,选取连续无雨日数、降水距平百分比、标准化降水指数和相对湿润度指数4个干旱指标进行了干旱单指标评估研究,针对单指标评估的局限性,引进了TOPSIS客观赋权法构建了一个干旱综合指数,将单指标评估结果加权,并结合遗传算法求取权重进行干旱综合评估。结果表明,综合评估结果与实际干旱状况基本一致,具有一定的可信度。
