| 摘 要： | 以开齿机的工作原理和控制工艺为研究对象,三菱可编程控制器为核心,连接定位模块和模拟量输出模块组成了具有定位和调速功能的数控系统,并以eView MT508T触摸屏为人机界面,设计出精美的多窗口操作界面.使用的结果表明:系统的电气线路简单,功能完善,运行稳定可靠,通过对界面的操作可运行设备的各项功能,以较低的成本实现了复杂的控制要求.

| Abstract: | This text takes the working principle and control craft of gulleting machine as a research object.By mitsubishi programmable controller for the core,connecting positioning module and analog output module making up the counting controlling system has the function of orientation and speed control.And with eView MT508T touch screen to touch human-machine interface,work out the porcelain and multiwindow operator interfaces.Using results show that：the electrical wiring of the system is simple.The function is perfect and the operation is stable and reliable.Through the interface can run equipment each function,with low cost realized complicated control requirements. |
