摘    要:介绍了成形砂轮磨齿机的几种齿形修形方法及混合修形技术在工程上的应用.混合修形将齿形修形,齿向修形在成形砂轮磨齿机上的生成方法分解为几种单独的简单修形,然后通过混合计算将几种简单修形融合成为一组较为复杂的修形方法.所介绍的方法可以将各种修形有效的根据操作人员的实际需求进行组合,比传统的修形方法(鼓形,K形)更为灵活,给操...

Abstract:In this article,the method and application of mixed flank modification in gear profile grinding machine are introduced.Mixed modification decompound gear profile or helix modification to some simple gear modification in profile gear grinding machine and integrate them by mixed arithmetic.The method could syncretize some simple modification to a complex modification by operator′s requirement and easier than traditional modification method such as drum or K modification,which could make convenience to the machine operator.
