| 摘 要： | 目的研究牛磺酸营养液对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法随机将雄性小鼠分为正常对照组,免疫抑制模型组和牛磺酸营养液低、中、高剂量组。腹腔注射40 mg/kg环磷酰胺5次建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,观察不同剂量牛磺酸营养液对免疫抑制小鼠免疫器官、细胞免疫、体液免疫及单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果与模型组小鼠相比,牛磺酸营养液能显著增加免疫抑制小鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数,促进脾淋巴细胞增殖,提高抗体生成细胞数和半数溶血值,增强单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。结论牛磺酸营养液能够提高免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。
